Terms & conditions

The aplotita.pl shop is an artisan studio of handmade jewellery. Every product is made with attention to detail and prepared individually – including specially to your order. These Terms & Conditions set out the rules for placing orders, completing purchases, and the Customer’s rights.

1. Seller information
The Seller is a natural person conducting unregistered business activity in accordance with the applicable provisions of Polish law.

2. Definitions
Shop – the aplotita.pl website
Customer – the person making a purchase
Product – handmade jewellery available in the shop
Order – a request to purchase a product

3. Placing orders
Orders can be placed via the Shop’s website. The Customer selects a Product, adds it to the cart and finalises the purchase. Placing an order constitutes the conclusion of a sales contract. If a product is unavailable, the Seller may refuse to fulfil the order or propose an alternative.

4. Prices
All prices given in the Shop are gross prices. The Seller is not a VAT payer (unregistered business activity). The price shown next to a product is the final price, with no hidden costs.

5. Payments
Available payment methods:
  • traditional bank transfer (Revolut)
  • PayPal
An order is processed once the payment has been credited or confirmed by the PayPal system.

6. Order fulfilment
Standard processing time is 2–10 business days, unless stated otherwise next to the product. In the case of personalisation, the processing time may be extended. The Customer is informed of any delays.

7. Delivery
Delivery is available within Poland and abroad.
Parcels are sent via:
  • InPost
  • DPD
The delivery cost is shown when placing the order.
Delivery time depends on the carrier and the destination country.

8. Personalised products
Some products at Aplotita are made to individual order.
Such products:
  • are created according to the Customer’s guidelines,
  • are unique in character,
  • are not eligible for return in accordance with applicable consumer law.

9. Returns (withdrawal from the contract)
The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the parcel.
Returns do not apply to personalised products.
A return is possible only for products that are unused and in undamaged condition.
To make a return, please contact us by e-mail.

10. Complaints
The Customer has the right to file a complaint in the event of a product defect. Complaints are processed within 14 days. If a complaint is upheld, the following are possible:
  • repair of the product,
  • exchange,
  • refund.

11. Handmade production
Every product is made by hand, which is why:
  • there may be slight differences between the photo and the product; these are a natural feature of handmade products and do not constitute a defect.

12. Liability
The Seller is not responsible for delays resulting from the carriers’ operations.

13. Personal data
The rules for processing personal data are described in the Privacy Policy available in the Shop.

14. Final provisions
These Terms & Conditions may be subject to change.
Polish law applies to contracts.
In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act apply.
